GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Honey is a natural food product produced by bees from flower nectar or honeydew.
Our beekeeping activity currently includes 23 beehives. Honey production varies each year depending on weather conditions, drought periods and plant flowering cycles.
Located in the Istrian region, where summers are often dry and vegetation is aromatic, our honey typically develops a more pronounced and intense character.
Availability of specific honey varieties is seasonal. Although multiple types are listed, this does not mean that all are available at all times. Production depends entirely on natural conditions and annual yield.
The product is a food.
No medical or health claims are attributed to honey.
